GritWorks provides online grit assessment services through our Comprehensive Grit Assessment platform. Our service includes:

• Science-based grit assessments
• Personalized scoring and insights
• PDF reports and recommendations
• Educational content and resources

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Our assessment service requires a one-time payment of $49.00. By making a payment, you agree that:

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change with notice

• Interfere with the security or functionality of our platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GritWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but these Terms shall remain in effect regarding past use.
